NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM UPDATE

Shortly we will be transitioning to a new clinical system which maintains all patient medical records.

During this time, we ask for your understanding and patience as some of our usual processes may take slightly longer. Every member of our team need to undertake training. This may lead to slight delays.

Throughout this period, there will be reduced service in ALL areas of the practice. This is to ensure patient safety is upheld along with accurate record keeping.

For the main 2-week transition period (24th May – 7th June), we will be operating an ‘on the day’ service only.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:

– Please ensure we have your up-to-date contact details to transfer over to the new system!

– On-the-day services during the transition period.

– Please make sure you order your regular repeat medicines by May 10th to cover you until Friday 7th June. (Please see our Dispensary newsletter which we will post separately to this for more prescription information).

– The NHS app should continue to work during this time; however, you may have to log in again once the technical switch has been made. Please contact us via [email protected] if you are having any problems to reduce telephone calls.

– New patient registrations will be taken during this time, however, there will be a delay in processing these.
