Online Services – Temporarily not working

Posted on:

You may have noticed some changes with your NHS app / patient access recently due to us changing over systems. This is a problem that unfortunately affects all active users and is planned to resolve as soon as we go live onto the new system (6th of June).

If you are an NHS App user, you can sign into the app shortly after our ‘Go Live’ date, the 6th of June, which will either create a link to an existing account, or ask you to create a new account. You will then have access to the app services without having to contact the practice at all.

However, if you are a website online user, you will need to re-register for online prescriptions and appointments with SystmOne. Please ensure the practice has your correct email address so we can email you a new username and PIN for your online access, thus allowing you to make online bookings and order your repeat prescriptions.

We would like to encourage as many patients as possible to download the NHS app if you have a smart phone and create an account prior to our Go Live date to ensure you still have access to your medical records at ALL times.
