Flu/COVID Vaccinations 2024

Flu season is back!

We are are now beginning our annual invites for those that are eligible for this years Flu vaccination (see eligibility criteria below).

We are prioritising our invites and will be sending them daily/weekly to those eligible, so please do not worry if you have not had yours yet.

We will invite everybody eligible by the end of September for our clinics which start in October. You may therefore receive duplicate messages if you have already booked your appointment prior to your invitation. Please do not panic, your appointment will remain in place despite this.

Eligible groups for the 2024 to 2025 season:

Those aged 2 and 3 years by the 31st August 2024

Those aged 6 months to under 65 years in clinical risk groups

Pregnant women

All those aged 65 years and over

Carers, those in receipt of carer’s allowance or main carer of an older or disabled person

Household contacts of immunocompromised individuals

Frontline health and social care staff

Subject to availability, we plan to offer those who attend for their Flu appointments a COVID vaccination depending on eligibility. You do not need to book for this.
