RSV Vaccinations (Respiratory Syncytial Virus)
RSV is a virus which typically causes mild, cold-like symptoms, however, it can sometimes lead to severe lung infections like pneumonia and infant bronchiolitis.
The RSV Vaccination programme will begin from the 1st of September 2024. This includes a vaccine for pregnant women over 28 weeks, along with a routine programme for those aged over 75, easing winter pressures on the NHS.
We will begin our invites shortly to those who are eligible and get you booked into one of our clinics in due course.
